Refund Policy

Tickets Are Non-Refundable

All ticket purchases for JK Comedy Club shows are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, we do not offer refunds — but we will always offer you either:

• A free transfer of your tickets to another show — we run shows every night of the week, or
• A voucher for the value of your tickets, valid for one year, transferable to a friend or family member (18+), with partial redemption allowed.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy. We recommend double-checking your selected date, time, and venue before completing your booking. Please note all shows are 18+.

If We Cancel or Change a Show

If a show is cancelled, postponed, or its time or venue is changed by us, you will be offered the choice of a free transfer to another show or a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and can take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
